About

A founder-operator team, not a consultancy bench.

We started Quartus because the growth advice startups can afford is usually generic, and the advice that isn't generic is usually unaffordable. We do the second kind at the first kind of scale.

Our approach

Most growth engagements fail the same way. A team comes in, runs a discovery process, produces a deck of recommendations, and leaves. The recommendations are usually right. Nobody implements them, because implementing them was never anyone's job.

We do both halves. The same people who tell you what to fix are the people in your ad account, your CRM and your sequences fixing it. That's slower to sell and harder to scale, and it's the only version that actually moves a number.

We build the growth motion; you own it after we leave.

It also means we take fewer clients than we could. We'd rather run four engagements properly than twelve at arm's length.

Principles

How we make decisions.

One constraint at a time

Growth is almost never limited by six things simultaneously. Find the binding constraint, fix it, then look again. Parallel initiatives mostly produce parallel half-results.

Numbers before opinions

If we can't measure it, we won't claim it. Where the data doesn't exist yet, building the measurement is the first piece of work — not an afterthought.

Your team, not ours

Every system we build gets documented and handed to a named owner on your side. An engagement that leaves you dependent on us is a failed engagement.

Say the unwelcome thing

Sometimes the answer is that the product isn't ready, or the pricing is wrong, or you don't need us. We'd rather lose the deal than run work we don't believe in.

Team

Who you'll actually work with.

No account managers, no junior handoff. The people below are the people on your calls.

We run the plays. You keep the wins.

A 60-minute growth audit, no charge. We look at your funnel, your pipeline and your last two quarters, and tell you the three things we'd fix first. If we're not the right team for it, we'll say so.
